Apex Watercraft was founded by Olympian, 4 Time World Champion, and Professional Fisherman, Eric Jackson. Eric has been responsible for hundreds of kayak designs, and countless innovations in the kayak industry both on and off the water. His experience and leadership have culminated in the creation of the design and manufacturing of this advanced composite company. Our boats are not for everyone. They resonate with those who demand the best and have the means to obtain it. There are 37 brands that offer lower-cost plastic fishing kayaks to choose from; that is not Apex Watercraft. We stand alone, at the top, and we are always climbing higher.
